Design/Build Remodeling and Design/Build Custom Home Building is a process in which design and budgeting go hand in hand.

As a remodeling contractor and custom home building contractor, the design/build process puts design and budgeting in the same equation. This allows us to do conceptual design and conceptual budgeting before we take it to the next level of design detail. The design/build process helps prevent ending up with design /budget disparities (such as a $300,000 design with a $200,000 budget).

If you have your own designer or architect, we would love to have you consider our team for building your project. We have a great deal we can contribute to your designer or architect’s efforts.

Gordon Gregg, the president of CityBuilders, Inc., carries a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) designation from the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) who can assist your architect or building designer with final kitchen and bathroom designs. We have crafted hundreds of kitchen and bath projects and have received numerous awards in all budget categories.

We also have available a Selections Coordinator who is a color specialist that can help with all selections, including creative tile design. This helps architects as well as building designers that don’t have the staff to assist with all of the shopping, selections and verification of product availability.
