Every year, the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) recognize outstanding local remodeling projects.

Entries are judged on the main objective of the remodel, creative and efficient use of space, special or unique design solutions, use of appropriate building materials, and quality of workmanship. Projects are judged impartially by professionals in Remodeling, Design, Architecture and the media.
